报告题目:Optimal Designs for Order-of-Addition (OofA) and OofA Screening Experiments with Multiple Input Factor Types
报告摘要:Order-of-addition (OofA) experiments are widely used in various felds to investigate how sequences of adding components infuence system behavior. In many realworld OofA experiments, the responses are infuenced by both the addition sequence and the level combinations of factors. Based on the transformations and aggregations of good lattice point sets, we construct a new class of optimal quantitative-sequence (QS) designs that are marginally coupled, pair-balanced, space-flling, and asymptotically orthogonal. The proposed QS designs have a certain flexibility in run and factor sizes and are especially appealing for high-dimensional cases. We also study the design and modeling of OofA experiments in scenarios where the number of components exceeds the available positions, with responses affected by factorial effects. We propose a new model combining OofA and factorial experiments, show the D-optimality of the full design under this model, and ofer two algebraic methods for constructing optimal fractional designs with economic run sizes. The efectiveness of the proposed designs is validated through simulation studies and real-world application.
